Thinking about one of these.would like to hear from owners of the original or the 4. Pros and cons.

I've shot one a couple times and thought about it, but color me unimpressed and underwhelmed.
It's heavy for what it is compared to polymer weapons.
It's limited capacities compared to said polymer devices.
The trigger is no where near where is should be for a 1911 style pistol, IMNSHO. Which would be my main reason for this style vs polymer.
There have been instances of noted unreliability out there. I experienced several jams personally as well.

If this is the category style pistol you want to go with, I'd look at STI, Kimber, Wilson or other brands. There again, your mileage may vary.
