You missed on all the points. They were doing it to be nice to people. Our friends own horses and train horses for other people, so they are doing that stall cleaning themselves all the time.

True story, the politicians are trying to use crime to their advantage somehow. If the crime isn't curtailed in one way or another, it will get to the point where total anarchy reigns and it will be difficult if not impossible for authorities to stop the violence and crime. We can thank our politicians for the lack of safety!

My theory is they want crime bad enough that most people will welcome military troops on the streets to protect them. Then they will claim the only way to make it safer is to take all the guns.
