They are the original black plastic, that have been painted with some sort of texture spray paint. I didn't do them, but I might try it on something else. They look very nice.

The marks removed were likely the symbol for Guardia Civil, my son's still has the markings on it.

The one I just got has the Gaurdia Civil marks. It is a diamond with this in the middle.

Any suggestions for an OWB low ride holster for these?

It probably needs to be leather to fit well. I've combed the internet without much luck.

If it's something with adjustable tension, or a design that will "pull tight" when the belt is cinched down, then a 1911 holster will work. If you get a Commander length it should be just about right.
