Sh*t. Learn something new everyday. Still do a trust to allow my wife or other beneficiary to use the items and have access to the safe (Right now two of the guns that her dad left her when he passed are woth more than all of mine.).

I used him for my first can, everything went through great and was approved. I have 2 more NFA items pending and should be getting those in the next 2-4 weeks. All 3 were done through the trust.

In that case, I used Milton Law. He charged me $200.

He works for OCPD so he's at least somewhat honest. LOL

I've bought a couple of suppressors from him and didn't have any problems. I'd buy from him again.

What is the normal procedure to purchase a suppressors from Benson? 1, You have him make a trust, 2) pick a can and pay him, 3)send the tax stamp and wait for months 4) got approve letter and then return to pick it up from him? or you pay him after got approve when pick it up? or pay half when turn in paper and half when pick? What is the normal procedure for NFA items? especially those cost 15K machinegun? Thanks for input

Pick the item you want to purchase. He helps you fill out the forms, trust as well if you elect to go that route. You pay him in full for item. If you do a trust you just out the forms and a check in the mail and send it to the NFA. Wait 9 months then go pick up the stamp and the item you purchased.

I know this thread is very buried, but is Brandon Benson still the way to go?

I'd talk to a lawyer before a police officer. Contact @henschman; he knows the ropes.
