Not to start an argument, but that contradicts some comments you've made in the past, but perhaps your saying your not involved in affairs of the feds and prefer to remain with the state?

It was another thread, and I'm working from memory and not search, but it was something I'm offended about by prosecutors going on a win/loss record to get re-elected no matter that innocents are found guilty by the DA by not producing exculpatory evidence that you totally agreed with.
But when you said in this thread, "And yes, as applied, they certainly seem to be an Equal Protection violation as well...but that's none of my business."
that confused me, it appeared you didn't care what the feds do?
I'm probably reading that wrong, but that's my story, and I'm sticking with it.
