Stop the Steal - Contact Mike Hunter to Join Texas!

Texas currently has a lawsuit on the Supreme Court docket arguing that the Equal Protection Clause has been violated by four states in the Presidential election. Seven states have declared support for the lawsuit. Oklahoma has yet to do so. Contact our AG, Mike Hunter, ASAP and urge him to join suit to protect all lawful votes.

Update 12/9: Great work all! AG Hunter has signed on to a brief with 17 other states in support of Texas. Give him a call to thank him for his leadership and encourage him to join Oklahoma as a plaintiff in the lawsuit.

I read the Bill of Complaint filed for this case. It seems to be pretty solid. It'll be very interesting to see how the Supreme Court addresses this, considering they are the only court with the authority to delay the deadline for the appointment of presidential electors. The only date mandated in the constitution is January 20th, 12:00pm, which is the official date and time that a presidential term begins and ends. Other than that, it's open season for the Supreme Court.
