I read the Bill of Complaint filed for this case. It seems to be pretty solid. It'll be very interesting to see how the Supreme Court addresses this, considering they are the only court with the authority to delay the deadline for the appointment of presidential electors. The only date mandated in the constitution is January 20th, 12:00pm, which is the official date and time that a presidential term begins and ends. Other than that, it's open season for the Supreme Court.

Exactly. All of the doomsday dates the media keeps promoting for the electoral college are not in the Constitution. The only date in the Constitution is January 20.
