Prayers offered for the hurt student and their parents. First day of school. Wow. This crap is beyond old. Our kids aren’t safe anywhere.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of attending Luther schools for nearly two years. Absolute s***hole.

After several years of being out of the disctrict, I heard a story about female twins being doused with gas and set on fire at a graduation party there...not sure if it was true. A decent amount of the kids were despicable a**holes back then and it doesn't sound like much has changed.

I have 4 grandchildren in that school district, thankfully none are in high school yet. My condolences to the parents of the young girl and wishing the best for her also.

Not yet. Unfortunately these days it doesn't seem to take much of anything for someone to justify their savage behaviour.

My best guess is a summer love gone real bad with it being two 14 year olds involved. My wife is trying to gather info on it now.
