[QUOTE="NightShade, post: 3201931, member: 29706"] Didn't watch it. Wasn't even curious. Not a big sports person anyway, about the only thing I enjoy watching is Hockey. Baseball is too bloody boring, if they want me to watch it they need to put in a 30 second pitch clock. If the batter isn't in the box when 30 seconds is up it's a strike. If he is in the box and the pitcher doesn't throw it's a ball. That'll make it much more interesting. Football, no stopping the clock for any reason except a time out and again a 30 seconds clock. Aren't ready to move the ball 5 yd penalty. Not in place to defend, too bad stay put or take a penalty till the ball is snapped. Golf, 30 second clock. If it's your turn and you don't take a swing it's another stroke added. Basketball, as soon as you touch the ball the clock starts, you or a team mate fall on your butt, too bad. Clock's not gonna stop ticking for that either. Gotta take both free throws within 30 seconds, no bouncing the ball playing tiddly winks while everyone mills around. And for all of them, if someone gets pissed off they are free to go over and punch the other guy in the face and take a small penalty, bet they quit kneeling during the anthem then cause when the 300 pound linesman comes over and grabs the tight end by the collar and slugs him a couple times for a 2 minute time out it will drive the message home.
