Yes sir, went with the Omega, the ATF cashed my "check" on 9/8/15, so the wait is on! Just hope to have it before Christmas

Can 3 or 4 people be on the same trust ? And switch a can between them?
You can add and remove trustees at will. And those people can swap the weapons around as they want, as long as they are always controlled by one of the trustees and stored appropriately per NFA rules. Any trustee has the same rights as any other - therefore, make sure anyone you name as a trustee is truly TRUSTED. They will have the right to buy and sell in the name of the trust, this is the way it was explained to me. So they could sell your chit without you knowing and I'm not sure what legal recourse you might have.
