NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6-613 of Title 2, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:</p><p>A. The commissioners of any county may, in their discretion, offer a bounty not to exceed Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each feral swine killed within the limits of their county.</p><p>B. Before payment of bounty provided in subsection A of this section, the applicant shall exhibit and furnish to the county clerk the lower jaw, including tusks if present, of the feral swine killed. The applicant shall also subscribe and make oath in an affidavit before the county clerk of the county in which the feral swine was killed, setting forth that the feral swine was killed in the county of application, providing the date of the killing, providing the name of the person who killed the feral swine, stating that the lower jaw, including tusks if present, which is produced is the lower jaw, including tusks if present, of the feral swine killed, and that no bounty has been received or paid for the killing of that feral swine.</p><p>C. The county clerk shall retain the affidavit and lower jaw, including tusks if present, until the next regular meeting of the board of county commissioners, who shall count the lower jaws and burn them, and the board shall audit the claim and order a warrant drawn upon the county treasurer for the bounty in favor of the applicants.</p><p>SECTION 2.
