My question is what do you think about eating plants out of forest in a worst case scenario
I have a book on different types of plants that can be eaten in the forest
Good to have knowledge of what to do most people that I know has know idea when shift which personally believe it coming soon
It doesn't have to be a SHTF scenerio to eat food fresh from the woods.
We gather mushrooms in the spring, Polk greens and lambs quarter in the summer, and pecans/walnuts in the fall.

I don't but a friend gathers the ones that grow on trees that look like plates stacked on top of each other.
I'm not confidant enough in their identification.
Sure... seen plenty of vultures and coyotes and such eating half-rotten roadkill right off the side of Hwy 60.... if it's good for them, we should be able to survive without getting sick, as well. Right?
