We have a "radio" on our roof that shoots to the nearest tower and provides internet, which then gives us Netflix and having a smart TV it provides you tubes.. Plus we have an off air antenna that gives us locals.. I'm not a big TV watcher but the wife is happy with what we have and I like the little $$ it involves..

If you have internet, Netflix and Amazon prime has some pretty good stuff. My neighbors have showtime and hbo and if I show up with a pizza they let me stay for awhile.

We have Cox internet and subscribe to several streaming services, Amazon Prime, Sling with DVR, PureFlix, Hulu and Disney.
We have an antenna for locals and we run all through an Xbox One. (Supports 4K and HDR)
All streaming services with Cox internet comes in at $119 per month. In order to get Cox cable with 250+ channels it would go to ~$200 a month with taxes.
