Thanks for the non a**hole answers from the members who gave good responses.

Haven't been on a forum for a long time because of responses like some have given.

I guess not a lot has changed in the forum based discussions.

I've used pmags for AR and both for AK. I like both. Only failure I ever had was an OLD pmag in an AR, due to a worn out spring. The accepted standard is Pmags, but find what you like and if they ever crap out, switch!

Hex mags are tits too. The military seems to like gi aluminum by various producers like Colt (my favorite in 40 yr old 20rd mags) and Magpul. While I also use them. I have some tapco ak mags because they came with rifles, so idea if they would stand up like my colt mags or not. Likely will never know, too old for that.
