I was visiting with a few guys at the gun show yesterday. All said the same thing, "You better buy what you can before January 1 because the taxes will take a significant jump on January 1".
Granted these were all vendors, so I was not sure whether to believe them for gospel or blow it off as them trying to make a sell. So, is this true? If so, how much of a tax hike? Will the tax be on all firearms and ammo, or handguns, rifles, or ammo individually?
