So obviously a fun loving teen just enjoying life and his friends seeing your distaste attempt in his own limited vocabulary and try to interact with a member of an older person's peer group in a fashion he has obviously seen your generation do, and you snubbed him by refusing his, albeit elevated, hand in friendship?

For shame. :bolt:

Sounds like a not totally unjustified “old man shouts at the cloud” situation.
I was thinking "get off my lawn".

It was just kids being kids. In this situation it was likely three guys each trying to "impress" the one girl.

We were all stupid back in the day.

I always wondered why older people act so cranky. Now that I’m older, I understand. Life changes, things speed up, values and morals completely change. It’s hard to accept. Our world is constantly evolving, for both the good and bad. Every generation is so different. It’s almost like being on an episode of Star Trek with a bunch of alien creatures.
