You should really review the case. They had an invalid warrant for property he used in his videos but were not actually his, then performed a raid of said with the invalid warrant. The lawyer had the warrant reviewed and nearly thrown out. During the trial, they deemed they did not need a warrant for that location as it was listed as the address for some NFA items.

Nah...burns up too much ammo.
That is why the military went to select fire. You can only carry so much ammo.
If anybody is familiar with both platforms you would acknowledge that select fire is the way to go.
M-16's like most other full auto's roll up and to the right in recoil.
At close ranges like were experienced in Vietnam, full rock and roll was advantageous at the close ranges of firefights in jungle environments. Not so much in Afghanistan and Iraq. Totally different environments requiring different requirements at longer ranges. The military has to evolve and is typically historically one war behind in tactics.

Myers was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and 50 of his weapons were confiscated under Section 922(g)(3) of the Gun Control Act of 1968, which prohibits illegal drug users from possessing firearms.

Yup just gotta ay the king his tribute.

Then you join the cool kid club well after you pay the dues, get your picture taken, send over 2 copies of pics and print cards, send a notification letter to your county sheriff or chief law enforcement officer for your area,(NOPE) send it all in and wait, and wait, and wait well you get the idea.

But then again its only for the cool kids on the block LOL...

Its a pain in the ass is what it is but its fun so ya I play the game.

yes

you still have to send a copy to the chief law enforcement officer, they are no longer required to take action and can toss it in the trash if they desire

I dont see the feds raiding all these pot farms popping up all over Okie land, or the shops that sell it, or the "doctors" you pay that give you a "license" cause you got a hang nail, stubbed your toe, etc etc.

So why cant gun owners have the same leeway pot growers, sellers and users have, its all still illegal on the federal level.
Because they want to disarm us. That is why they will come down hard on this stuff. They don’t care about weed because it doesn’t have an effect on their power.
