Well... she was supposed to get released by her doctor yesterday, and show up for work on Monday.Thanks guys and gurls.
Well... I won't go into the gory details, but we talked, she tried to lie her way out of everything, and I let her know I didn't believe her.
Anywho... she's supposed to return to help with Sweetie on the 19th.
We won't be friends again (ha! apparently we never were) but I can still be nice to her.
It took around 6 months to find two people that were dependable about showing up, and these two have worked great with each other's schedules (both have been helping us about a year). I really don't want to go through that miserable trial and error period again, so we're going to give her another shot.
Keep praying for us, and especially pray for Sweetie.
Got an email today, saying the treatment didn't work, and she's supposed to start another round of different chemo on Monday.
No clue whether that's true or not, but she's not coming back either way.
The other girl that's been covering for her (for about 8 weeks now) is pretty bummed out, and I don't blame her.
Hopefully we can find someone else in the next week or so. :/
