No problem, Doc. Thanks for the reply. In fact, it seems she also suffers from mythomania. That's "pathological lying" for you non-medical folks. Apparently she sent the email from her mother herself, pretending to be her Mom. I was unaware she would lie like this (she worked for us almost a year). There were times she seemed to get facts wrong, but I blamed it on the fact that she'd had brain cancer before, and admitted she had slight memory problems. Anywho... I sent another email on the 30th enquiring about her health, and hadn't received a reply on the 2nd, so I called her Mom. Her Mom said she was doing fine and visiting family in Texas. I was kinda bummed out that she had improved so much and hadn't let me know. And then... a few hours after speaking with her Mom, I got an email from Jeanne, saying she had just woke up in the hospital with a tube in her nose so they could feed her. And she was much improved... she could stand, but couldn't walk the halls yet. I replied, informing her I had been really worried about her, but had spoken with her Mom earlier that day, and knew she was in Texas visiting family. I don't expect to hear from her again. Color me extremely frustrated.
