Angsniper the possibility of hunting on the ranch that deer slayer is talking about is the raffle for the Bull Elk Hunt also in the hunting fishing section. The money that doesn't go to cover the cost of the fully guided hunt will stay in Oklahoma. It will be put to use by the Oklahoma Youth Hunting and Shooting Program to take children from non hunting families on hunts. It doesn't pay any guides, as the guides and helpers are ALL Volunteers, it covers firearms, food and lodging for these hunts. Kids are provided orange vests and hats and warm clothing if needed. It really is a great program and the goal is to take 50 kids out for the youth deer season this fall.Depending on the cost...HELL YES!
There are several members here, as well as myself that have tickets for the hunt. $20/chance or $50/3 chances is an excellent opportunity to have a chance for a guided bull elk hunt valued at $7500.
