I was good at repairing many things except engines. I rebuilt our gas dryer replacing motor, belt, rollers, etc. Replaced the dip tube in our hot water tank when the plumber said it could not be done and the tank needed replaced. Today I got the oven control back I sent in to be repaired and I installed it.
They do not want me on a ladder anymore since some times the legs go out, but as long as I do not have to bend over or lift much weight I can probably still fix it. Going to replace a ceiling fan in a week or so when the wife spends the day with the daughter. (what she don't know, will not hurt me)
