[QUOTE="TerryMiller, post: 3481484, member: 7900"] As for "kitchen talents," I can't even fry water... ...I mentioned that once on an RV forum and one of the ladies told me that one doesn't "fry" water, one "broils" it. I waited a couple of weeks and got back on the forum and stated, "That doesn't work either. I can't get the water to "brown on top."" While I'm NOT (repeat - NOT) a technical photographer, I really love doing photography. I just spend my time composing the photo rather than worry about camera settings. Thanks to a great wife, I've been able to acquire some excellent cameras and lenses. The photo below was taken using a Nikkor 200-500mm lens at the 45th Infantry Museum on NE 36th. This photo was taken at 500mm from the parking lot with the plane a fair bit off. I posted it on a forum once, and one of the guys that is a "pixel peeper" asked for the full original photo file to look at. What he saw on the forum appeared to have aberrations when looking closely at the details of the plane. I sent him the full size file and he responded that in that full file, there was absolutely NO aberrations. (This lens was originally purchased for wildlife photography, but I haven't been able to do much of that.)
