Not hardly. Not by a long shot. He tried to go around congress with the Dream Act, but when the Supreme court ruled against him, he didn't belly-ache and whine about how the court was wrong, or about how he could defy the Judiciary with another E.O. or try to spin his defeat into a victory. You are just flat out wrong about this one, old friend. The distinctions are not even subtle.
