I found this yesterday and it was a great listen. A surgeon, who hunts, has put together data over the years which is fascinating. For example, a deer has one ounce of blood per pound, thus a 150lb deer has 4.5 quarts of blood. A deer has to lose 1/3 of its blood volume for the brain to shutdown from lack of oxygen. Quality listen.
