Some people use tattoo's to tell a story, others use them to intimidate, some just like a particular look, more than a few get drunk and wake up with them. It's all in the eye of the beerholder I guess. Then again some times people buy a car with a particular color, Henry Ford said you could have his earliest cars in any color you wanted as long as it was black. The one on my arm is so I can always carry my wife and son with me. And I always have my angel looking over my shoulder. As far as the removal, way too many kids get a little money and decide it needs to be visible all the time then learn they have a hard time getting the job they want with ink on the back of their hand. I have been a firm believer that being able to put on a dress shirt and have things covered makes that much less of an issue. However as you get older and more established that becomes less of an issue. Not long after finishing mine my doctor commented they would like one but for their profession it could not be anywhere visible so they had not went yet for that exact reason.
