First assembly. Will get the axle cut tomorrow and pick up the tube for the legs and it's "done".
This is just finger tight, but you get the idea.

might take a look at these gong targets. I purchased 2-8" and 1-3" to hang from an old swing set frame. They pivot on a piece of 3/4' conduit. they hang in a slight backward angle so bullet and ricochets are focused down.
