Grandmother lived from 1921-2018 and she ate a lot of meat .. she would much rather eat meat than anything.
Eggs fried in the morning and a cup of coffee and she liked grapefruit juice. Ruby red.

She was not on any medication and could dress and feed her self to the last day.

Eat Meat.
