Have you noticed the amount of voices calling for new laws? So have the legislators. Where are the voices from our side? Yes, there have been a few try, and maybe even some of us tried a couple of times in the past to get the ear of a rep or sen. And we have probably felt our words fell on deaf ears. So, let's just sit around and complain to each other. Or, we could do just what to OP has suggested. Go on the offensive. Keep calling, go visit, get active on the election process, donate to a candidate, there are any number of things we should be doing. But getting abusive, or in any way acting like the Neanderthals some in the media attempt to portray us will only have negative results. We may not agree with all the ideas suggested in the OP, but the discussion has to start somewhere. Grab an idea and start talking!
