Back in the day, 30 years ago, we used an aerosol adhesive on troublesome beads. It seemed to work.
I thought about 3M weatherstirip adhesive. That stuff will glue any damn thing! But it may setup before I could get air back into it.
True. We were using tire mounting machines and removing the cores from the valve stems to increase the air flow.
Seating the bead evenly around the rim is crucial. High over here and low over there means a leak somewhere.
Are you airing them up enough to properly seat the beads and then airing down in a day or two?
Had damn near 100 PSI in it yesterday afternoon. It looked like a balloon. Way more than enough to seat them.
Back in the day of early mag wheels, a little gasoline on the bead as inflating them would help the seal. Sounds like you have something more than that going on. Sure you have the right tire/rim combination? Tube would be an easy fix.

I have slime in all my mower, lawn equipment and atv. Sand burrs are so bad around here that without it, the tires would go flat quickly.
It's a basically brand new Toro ZTR, so whatever they use from the factory. Just called the shop where I bought it, they said they'd warranty it if it won't seal or I could pay for a tube install. They said it was dumb, but Toro won't pay for a tube since they don't use them as original equipment. Looks like I'll just get a new tire and wheel at the end of the week when it comes in. Sounded like they've seen this before too.
