Want To Buy Tire to make a swing.

My 3yo boy saw a tire swing somewhere and wants me to make him one. Anyone in Owasso area have a tire laying around they don't want or need much for?

Just about any tire shop will give you a tire for free for a swing.
Or they used to..I would get tires all the time..But like you I do ask here first.

Please whatever you get inspect it THOUROUGLY! those wires in the tire can really really hurt someone. I worked in a tire shop for a while and It only takes one second from one wire to really cut somebody up badly

Thanks for everyone's offers for tires.

I called Tatebrothers tire in Owasso and they said come on down and pick out what you want. The two tires I got just came off a highway patrol tahoe today and were in very good shape, nice tires for swings. As a side note It's against Hibdons policy to give away used tires.

Anyways got the kids both a vertical and horizontal tire swing put up today!
