Today's lunch...

I normally don't do this, but my lunch today looked so damned good, I thought I'd post a pic of it.

Today's lunch is a Burrito Salad...one beef, bean and cheese burrito, served with refried beans and Spanish rice. Smothered in chili and colby-jack cheese, melted to perfection and covered with diced red onions, shredded iceburg lettuce, sliced grape tomatoes and topped with a dollop of sour cream and more colby-jack, just because. Paired up with an ice cold Frostie root beer to wash it all down. Bon appetit!!

Not too bad......... Mine wasn't bad either............ A coney and fried onion burger from world famous "Sid's" in El Reno Oklahoma!!

Mmmm, good ! Oh, and some delicious hand-cut French fries............I'm definitely full !!

Looks like the concoction I wiped up the other day but I used those canned tamales instead of the burrito. Beans n rice, cheese and sour cream
