Took out a hog with the longbow!

Took a nice hog yesterday afternoon with the longbow, but unfortunately I double tapped record on my main camera, so I didn't get the shot of the arrow flying! =( Next time I will for sure! The bow was made by a friend of mine here in Apache, Oklahoma. Ivy's Barnwood Decor is his facebook if any of you want to check out his bows.

Awesome! It is tough to get a hunt on film by yourself with any weapon. Longbow would really add to the difficulty!

I don't know much about it, other than its mainly bodark, with bamboo on the face, some deer antler on the shelf, tips of the bow and handle, and I believe there are 14 strands in the string, and its about 70# at 31".
