That's definitely Sika, and a pretty nice one too! From what I understand those escapees are legal to shoot! Have fun finding him!

Around the pawhuska area this makes the second one I have heard about in two years a guy shot one about five miles west of town two years ago I think some familiar with this area Know there is a wildlife park about 15 miles from here I’m sure that’s where they come from if you go north there are a lot of free ranging fallow deer on the Mulendore ranch

There were some red deer lose around here. Game warden told us to "shoot every damn one you see".

I doubt it like I said there have been others in the past that have fell to hunters in this region one I remember several years ago a guy shot with a bow and checked it in and the game warden showed up at his house and give him his tag back
