I bought my Lincoln SP-135 wire welder off eBay just as that model was being discontinued. 220 volt 135 amp wire welder. I have only used flux core wire as I do mostly farm welding and didn't care to mess with another bottle. Can't remember the exact cost but it was under $400.00. Now I see it's hard to find anything like it under $500 even used. I wouldn't hesitate to take on building a trailer, actually have rebuilt 3 including spring mounts and new hitches. Ya it splatters and you have to clean up slag but it gets the job done. Best thing I ever bought was a cheap Plasma Cutter off Amazon. Now my cutting torch rairly gets used but think we are getting way off the subject. I still have that old pop-up camper trailer frame of anyone can use it. It's kinda buried as a tree fell over it but can probably pull it out with my tractor. Not sure the condition of the tires, they are the wide 13 inch tires on 4 lug rims. Think I might have a spare rim or two also.
