I pretty much stick to my training regimen year-around. Mostly running 2-3 times a week; strength training a couple times a week; running my scrambler with obstacles every weekend and shooting at least 3 times a month. One of the newer things at my Scrambler is the tractor tire flip. I set out 2 tires, one medium sized and one big one. The big one is pretty damned heavy. What are ya'll doing??
