I did mine using a tutorial I found online somewhere. Not sure the exact weight but it is not 3000% better than stock. I would bet it is in the 4# range now.

You use that metal powder lube stuff like on your pinewood derby axles.

Yes Graphite. I did it to my AAC 300 Blk handi rifle and the trigger feels great now. I didn't think it was doing anything for the longest time, then BAM it was there.

Best shooting gun I had was a nickel plated heavy bbl. 223 Handi Rifle. I could put 20 rounds of Winchester white box ammo on paper and cover it with a quarter.
