How many know if you get a PO Box to receive your mail, you have ten days to notify the state you changed addresses. some place called "Service Oklahoma"
Even though you never moved, Just changed the location you receive mail.

Yeap in most cases but not all as of now, I think they have to the first of 2024 to convert over or close their doors. I could be wrong it has been a few nights since i read about it.

Kind of a rhetorical question before, of course it can. Then IMO there is no reason to notify the state if you get a PO box.

Been getting my mail from the p.o. for the last 29 years. If they can’t find me, whew, I’ll be happy.

Those a holes from the census office always do that’s for sure.
