I'll bet you a 30 pack of Miller Light the driver is undocumented, speaks no English, doesn't listen to English weather reports, and likely had never experienced an actual tornado before and didn't have the slightest idea what he was driving into.

What are they gonna do, sit there and file the insurance claim? They had to drive away but why did they attempt to drive through or outrun a tornado?

Probably were on their phone and didn't even see the threat..........
