If I hired an attorney to do a NFA trust for me, why couldn't someone else use the same form and change the necessary information?

I am asked this by clients all the time. It comes down to 1. assurance that it will be correct, and someone that can work with you when it isn't. 2. non-lawyers practicing law is technically not allowed (see e.g. the limited scope of real estate agents and case law) and 3. Someone like me that has been to Federal District Court and has seen 924 charges, SBR, DD, SBS, Suppressor /no tax stamp charges.
