Trust or no trust?

With a trust, you can use eForm 1's to make a SBR, SBS, suppressor, etc but that is the only form that is currently open that benefits the end user.

Wait times:
eFrom 1: 30+ days
Form 4: 5+ months

So I wouldn't be able to efile if I were to purchase a suppressor, correct?

Correct, unless you were making it yourself.

Trust it is. I will be meeting with a lawyer to build one in the next 7-10 days as his schedule and mine allow for meeting up to line it out.
