Trust questions

How do you move a NFA item to and from your personal and trust? I'm not sure if there is an advantage to not using a trust. For instance, if I want to sell a class 3 item in my trust, is there any extra steps to go through.
After reading a couple of other threads, I was thinking about moving all my class 3's to my trust. Not sure if it will cost a lot or even if it's worth doing.

$200 dollar transfer per item to move it into or out of the trust. If you want to sell it to someone local it would be a $200 tax from the trust to them. Nothing special just a regular transfer.
