That FBI report shows Tulsa at 565 violent crimes per 100,000 and Chicago at only 515. Hmmmm

How many violent crimes you have, doesn't matter nearly as much as how many violent crimes you report.

First question,
Does Tulsa have that many open jobs ?

Second question,

Could are brother and sisters, use this grant money to escape, from a anti-gun state? Flip the scrip......

It's an interesting and innovative way to entice business to move into a city. Not much different than the deals municipalities make with companies...just on an individual level.

It's not a free for all. There are requirements and an application/selection process. I noticed the housing stipend only applies to those who are willing to move into a certain neighborhood as well.
