FYI, the Gathering Place is a private park and any request to leave the property by the Police Department is due to a direct request by Gathering Place personnel.

I just watched the video. Small confrontation at 26mins, asked to leave and escorted from the property at 31mins. In my opinion these folks acted foolish and some in their party are either ignorant or stupid.
I’ll have to agree cowcatcher we catch enough hell as it is without deliberately trying to draw attention for conformation I agree we shouldn’t have rules saying we can’t carry but let’s dont make it worse just conceal carry and go on about your business
Yep and the one fella handling the camera for the last half of the video was trying to imply to a passer by that his folks were carrying concealed. That's not the folks we need being our voice. Lol

We had a drinking game starting at the 0730 starting news coverage of the opening day of the Gathering Place. Every time they said diversity or inclusion we had a shot...by 0930 we were all blotto.
Sounds like the best use of this park yet...
According to this, it is not a private park. It was donated to the River Parks.
