Turkeys are still in brine, I was a little late getting them into the brine. But no smoker nonsense for me, I fry mine. 20ish minutes per 13lb bird, and it’s done.

Also, if you guys want a good ham, Tender Belly sells the best hams I have ever eaten. It’s like eating ground beef your entire life and then eating a prime ribeye. I had no idea ham could taste that good.

Put a big 20 pound bird in the electric masterbuilt smoker last night around 10.
Pulled it off about 8 this morning.
Covered in foil and letting it set until 11 or so then I'll carve it up and serve. We're eating a little early this year for some reason.
Ham was baked this morning, and the dressing is almost done. Maybe another hour tops.
