Turkeys are still in brine, I was a little late getting them into the brine. But no smoker nonsense for me, I fry mine. 20ish minutes per 13lb bird, and it’s done.
Also, if you guys want a good ham, Tender Belly sells the best hams I have ever eaten. It’s like eating ground beef your entire life and then eating a prime ribeye. I had no idea ham could taste that good.
