Sale Price
3500$
Location
Perry, 73077, Oklahoma, United States
Have a custom built “shed”, has an upstairs. Could make a nice tiny house, man cave, she shed or use as a storage.
It’s 8’ wide and about 13’ long, 16’ tall.
Have all the metal trim to finish the sides, we planned on moving it so didn’t have the guy put it on.
Wife wants it gone, was suppose to be hers but I don’t have time to finish it. I will be out of state until 6/19 and this is all the pics I have at the moment. Inside could be built out for whatever.
It is very well built, has withstood 70mph winds and it’s not anchored, do have a strap but it’s just so the city would not bother about making it permanent.
Asking $3500 but make an offer, already losing money on it just want it gone.

are you able to move it or it has to be disassembled and reassembled? it wont all fit in my Civic
I do have a tractor, truck and trailer in town at all times. Don’t think any disassembly would be required, all the metal that could get damaged is off and ready to go.
It will be super fun to move it I can say that for sure but for fuel I could haul it but would need another support to unload it. Could boom it one way and lay it on pipe and roll it where you want it, moved it with pipe and elbow grease to clear out some trees last winter wasn’t too bad. I did install some “hooks” under it so it can be pulled by a lawnmower when it’s on pipe after words.

I can load it if you have your own but trailer needs to be at least 18’ long.

Not insulated or finished inside. Will have to be laid on it side/back to move unless you pull a permit for height. I forgot what he called the frame work he did, basically has wood running vertical and then notched and run horizontal as well. I’ll see if wife can get a picture or two so you can see how over built the frame is.
