This is proof positive that socialism/communism cannot support itself. Socialist/communist governments are begging for money to feed their people due to their failing/failed systems of government. When the begging fails, we will be at war. Non-viable forms of government always turn to conquest to survive. They have to steal what they can't produce in order to "survive."

Elon, keep your money. They won't be happy with whatever you give them and will be back for more.
