Looks a lot like it in many waysLooks a lot like this Belgium 9mm revolver. It has the same unusual flutes on the cylinder. Looks like some of them had some kind of safety, which could explain the disk by the trigger. Custom worked?

It looks like it has a Colt SAA base pin and base pin screw (retainer), and the frame is a little SAA-esque near the trigger guard and the front, but the rear of the frame looks like a DA police positive. The hammer looks very Colt too.
