It’s the dark. I have the same problem in my house. I have some dark walls and when I touch them up the same thing happens.

That front door is the same one my wife and I were planning on getting.
Usually when you paint over paint to do a touch-up spot that extra painted spot is much glossier and stands out.
You can sometimes rub the gloss out with a towel. Or very light sanding with a paper sack.. wet paper sack sometimes works.
You are just dulling the glossy spot and blend it far out from where the extra paint went.
If you touch up another spot you can sometimes dry brush way out from the center of the touch up spot to make it blend in better.
Dry brush is painting with a brush with minimal paint on it think of painting on a paper sack with a brush and then the brush gets about empty and leaves minimal lines from the bristles .. that is dry brush painting and very good for blending.
Sometimes it works but not every time.

Looks like a completely different house. Very nice, great curb appeal. That’s a ton of work, so I know you must be tired but proud.
