I'm interested in getting involved in competitions. Steel and three/two gun. I have some Tula; hell it is cheap. For those that don't know, Tula is steel cased and has a brass-coated very soft steel bullet. Now can I use that for 3-gun? Is it organizer dependent or range dependent? And for the guys who go to USSA, do they allow it?

The problem with bi-metallic ammo is that they want the same rights as normal ammo, but they keep playing like they were made that way. I say man (or woman) up, and pick a side, and carry on.
